The University of British Columbia Thunderbirds Track & Field and Cross Country programs look poised to continue flying high with the addition of seven talented young BC-based athletes who will join the varsity program in the fall of 2018. In keeping with a succession of strong recruiting classes the previous two years, which especially bolstered the sprints and an already strong endurance group, the future class of 2022 will add firepower in the field, with a group of throwers highlighting next year's freshmen. The following is a synopsis of the pre-Christmas signings for the Thunderbirds.
